IT might look like this dog is getting a barking mad hairdo but it could lead to victory as the world’s top dog.
The poodle was one of many mutts being pampered yesterday at Crufts, the Kennel Club’s international show, which is back after a year off due to Covid.
Poodles originally had their coats clipped to help them hunt in water, which led to today’s elaborate styles.
And this standard poodle looked very proud as he showed off his new look, posing on a pink velvet cushion.
Meanwhile two Maltese dogs strutted around the arena at Birmingham’s NEC showing off every inch of their long locks.
Today is the last day of the event, when the Best In Show will be revealed.
