EVERTON owner Farhad Moshiri is ready to sell the club – if he can’t attract new investors.
Major shareholder Moshiri (right) has been hit hard through the sanctioning of their generous benefactor, Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov.
Those sanctions mean that Moshiri, who has lavished more than £500million on new players since assuming command six years ago, and chairman Bill Kenwright are looking for financial help from elsewhere.
But Moshiri has let it be known that he is open to putting Everton up for sale if a suitable buyer can be found.
