Potters’ spot of bother
Baker’s penalty put Stoke 2-1 ahead. But ref Geoff Eltringham refused another penalty when Josh Maja appeared to be felled by Josh Knight.
Stoke boss Michael O’Neill said: “It was the clearest of the three, unfortunately the referee was not strong enough.”
Brown scored with a drive across
Dai Cornell but it was 1-1 after James Chester tried to rob Jeando Fuchs and Clarke-Harris seized on the ball to beat Jack Bonham.
Baker fired Stoke ahead again from the spot in the 84th-minute after handball by Knight, but
Clarke-Harris sent Bonham the wrong way when Ben Wilmot brought down Ricky-Jade Jones.
Of the Maja controversy Posh boss Grant McCann said: “I initially thought it was a penalty but I have seen it back and he goes down too easy.”
