NEIL HARRIS was delighted to see Charlie Kelman open his account for Gillingham.

The on-loan QPR forward, 20, headed home inside the opening minute.

Harris said: “Charlie deserves that goal.

He’s a hard-working player and a young man finding his way into the game.

“When you haven’t scored for a while, it does prey on your mind. I also thought he was a real handful without the ball.”

Doncaster boss Gary McSheffrey said: “We have to just keep fighting and keep believing.”
