Kylie style especially for Penny at the ball
POP princess Kylie Minogue’s style was behind one of the posh frock at Bridgerton’s Diamond Ball.
A blue dress with silver stars, designed by John Galliano and worn on tour by Kylie, inspired the ball gown of Penelope Featherington, played by Nicola Coughlan.
For Claudia Jessie, who is Eloise Bridgerton, it is getting undressed rather than dressed that is the problem. She said: “I’m not fully restricted but I do have Spanx, tights and a mic pack so my biggest worry and concern every day is how am I going to go to the toilet.”
But perhaps it is Queen Charlotte who deserves the most sympathy as she had to wear a double corset.
