Looks like Courteney Cox wishes she hadn’t talked quite so openly about having too many cosmetic injections.
Last month the Friends star, 57, admitted she looked “really strange” – sharing her regret at “doing stuff to my face”.
But sounding more than just a little grumpy at the US premiere of her latest comedy horror Shining Vale, she also reveals how she was annoyed that her comments had gone viral.
She says: “I’m not trying to make a big deal out of something that wasn’t a big deal.
“I’m just like, okay, note to self: Shut the f*** up.”
