My new craft is to dye for
We had a tie-dye party after my daughter Amara got a kit for her 11th birthday – and now I’m obsessed.
I never did this kind of thing growing up and I’m not a natural crafting type. But having a daughter is the perfect excuse to try something new.
I thought it would be complicated and messy, but it really isn’t. There are so many stunning patterns to create and you dye any white cotton items, from T-shirts and socks to pillowcases. .
So if you have kids, I highly recommend giving tie-dye a go. With half term around the corner, it’s a great way to keep the kids – and yourself – entertained for hours.
