Fab’s spot on at 11/2

-

BET it’s Fab for Liverpool – whether it’s Four or not.

The Quadruple hunt is on. Sort of.

Jurgen Klopp is taking one game at a time – except he isn’t, as that would be a reckless failure to plan.

So, even with a break looming, expect Plan B or C in the FA Cup at Nottingham Forest (6pm, ITV). The old jug’s magic might be the golden strand of a dream woven into the very weft and warp of our island story – but it’s the last turkey in the shop for Jurgen.

Forest have bigger fish to fry, too, but home advantage gets its hooks in. They beat Arsenal and Leicester at the City Ground, and Liverpool look resistible at 1/4 to win this in 90 minutes.

Two fresh injury absences at the back for Forest still tempt some sort of Kop joy angle for our armchair fun.

I’ll take the stats hints for ‘penalty awarded’ at 9/4 (Bet365, 90mins).

And that gives penalty candidate Fabinho (above) an ‘anytime scorer’ lift – if he starts, get on at 11/2.
