EDL Robinson ‘arrested’ on Mexican hol
ENGLISH Defence League founder Tommy Robinson claims he has been arrested on holiday in Mexico and will be deported.
The far-right activist, real name Stephen YaxleyLennon, said yesterday he was being kicked out.
He has shared footage of himself apparently being arrested at Cancun Airport while on holiday with his three children.
He also shared pics of a purported holding cell.
The 39-year-old from Luton, Beds, said: “I have been arrested, separated from my kids and now I’m being deported as a matter of national security.”
Robinson says his children’s mother is having to fly out to collect them.
He has regularly had brushes with the UK law resulting in convictions.
