Lizards hitch lift in suitcase

A FAMILY returned from Disney World with two unexpected souvenirs – a pair of lizards.

Vet Mark Goodlad was shocked to see the reptiles peeking out at him as he opened his suitcase after the Florida break.

The harmless anoles – nicknamed Kevin and Perry by the family – were later collected by the RSPCA.

Mark, of Kirton Lindsey, Lincs, said: “It’s incredible to think they travelled all this way. I was quite sad to see them go.”
