What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s happened to you? When I was supporting The Vamps, I shouted, “Good evening, Nottingham!”… at LIVERPOOL Arena. I didn’t sleep for a week. What’s been your funniest celebrity encounter?

I was hanging out with David Beckham a few days ago, and he said: “Kid Rain, you’re much more handsome than I am and I bet you could do more keepy-uppies than me and grow a better beard.” And I said: “Ha, ha, Dave, stop it.”

Tell me a secret.

That story I told about David Beckham isn’t actually true. I can only do, like, three keepyuppies and I still can’t grow any facial hair.

What’s the most expensive thing you’ve ever bought?

I don’t have very expensive tastes, although I might buy fancy sandwiches that aren’t included in a meal deal.
