A bright IKEA for designers
SWEDISH brands IKEA and H&M are teaming up to open a store selling innovative products.
The designers whose ideas are accepted for the store – called Atelier100 – will receive £10,000 in funding to turn them into commercial products.
All products put forward must be small enough for customers to carry.
The start-up shop will open in IKEA’s Hammersmith, West London, branch next month with the first creations on sale from October.
