Gary: Sorry, but I will get a driving ban
FOOTBALL star Gary Neville has issued an apology after revealing he will be banned from driving in the “coming days/weeks”.
The Sky Sports pundit and former England and Manchester United defender admitted he has notched up too many points on his licence to stay on the road.
He tweeted: “Was recently caught speeding, around 35-40. For first time in 30 years I’m now over 12 points. So I am banned. Because that is the law
“And when you break the law it means no excuses, no gaslighting, no lies! Speed kills. I’m so sorry!”
Gary, 47, was last month slammed by campaigners after he was pictured holding a mobile phone while at the wheel.
