LUTON ace Kal Naismith insists he is ready to face Cardiff – after refuelling on an Easter egg.

Many of the Hatters side went down with cramp during Good Friday’s gruelling 1-0 lunchtime win over Nottingham Forest.

But Naismith, 30, says he is fully recharged for today after tucking into some chocolate following the Forest game.

He said: “I was really tired after Friday, it was more the heat. My missus bought me an Easter egg earlier this week and I had a bit of it with a cup of tea.”
