Bear theft a make-up call

DRIVERS have been warned to take care after a bear broke into a car and trashed the interior – just to reach a tube of lip gloss.

Park rangers tweeted: “There was no food of trash left inside, but there was lip gloss. Its scent was enough to entice the bear.”

They advised motorists not to leave anything fragranced inside their vehicles in Colorado, US.

And they urged them to remember: “Bears know how to open car doors.”
