On the second biggest of the Isles of Scilly, the New Inn has just reopened after a major refurb revealing a sparkling fresh new look. All 16 bedrooms of Tresco’s only pub have been updated to a contemporary style complete with new bathrooms and USB chargers.

Chef Liam Caves has crafted a new menu highlighting the day’s catch from the sea for the Pavilion restaurant now transformed into a cosy dining room featuring reclaimed wooden tables, a log burner, and walls decorated with treasures unearthed from the Tresco archives.
