Scam messages risk to young

-

Research shows that one in four people aged 18 to 34 in the UK would trust scam messages – more than double the proportion of over-55s.

A report by Visa and Aston University’s Institute for Forensic Linguistics that studied 155 fraudulent messages found that almost 90% invited users to click on compromised links, while 70% of them were calling for “urgent action”.

Netflix lost close to 40% of its market value, a decline of almost $60billion (£48billion) after it revealed that its subscriber growth had declined.

The world’s largest streaming service said its decade-long run of growth had ended in the first quarter of this year.

The company expects to shed two million subscribers in the current quarter, having lost 200,000 in the previous three months.
