Exit not so Andy say fans

WEST BROM fans chanted Andy Carroll’s name – despite Karlan Grant ending their goal drought of more than four hours.

Boss Steve Bruce has decided to release the former Newcastle striker in the summer, but the Baggies’ recent woes continued until Grant finally scored late in this drab endof-season contest.

Carroll will not play again for West Brom and judging by their reaction yesterday the fans are upset.

But Bruce said: “Andy Carroll has done great for us, he’s been in better nick than in a number of years.
