Escaped con ‘disguised in wheelchair’
A KILLER who fled jail with a female guard may be posing as a woman in a wheelchair to hide his 6ft 9in height, police said.
Casey White, 38, and Vicky White, 56, were having a relationship and planned the escape at Lauderdale county jail, Alabama, on April 29, officers believe.
But cops admitted they were “at a loss” after the pair’s orange SUV car was found empty on Friday.
Vicky was on the verge of retirement, while White had confessed to murder while serving a 75-year term for violent offences.
Sheriff Rick Singleton said: “I think this was a very well thought out plan. We’re sort of at a loss.”
