BEN GARNER hailed Swindon for reaching the playoffs after off-field issues at the start of the season.

The Robins sealed sixth as Harry McKirdy struck and Jack Payne netted a brace. Garner (below, with owner Clem Morfuni) said: “It’s an incredible achievement – from where we were to get to this point is a miracle. We’re happy but we are not content – we want more. To have no pre-season, to go into the season with no player that had done 90 minutes, to have just six or seven players signed.”

Walsall boss Michael Flynn said: “It’s going to be a big overhaul. We’ve finished 16th and that’s not good enough.”
