Scott eye on Lewis

BOURNEMOUTH are keen on a move for former Chelsea starlet Marcel Lewis following their Premier League return.

The midfielder, 20, left Stamford Bridge last summer and joined Belgian outfit Union SG on a three-year contract.

His time in Belgium did not work out as he hoped and he ended this season on loan at League One outfit Accrington Stanley.

Yet Lewis remains highly regarded in the English game after five years with Chelsea’s youth sides.

He had 25 appearances for the Blues’ Under-23s side, scoring six goals and providing seven assists.

Cherries boss Scott Parker was interested in Lewis last summer.
