Playing dirty to end cancer

-

A RUNNER enjoys a muddy good time braving the dirt and climbing inflatable obstacles at a Pretty Muddy 5k race for Cancer Research UK yesterday.

The event at Brighton’s Stanmer Park was one of scores of mud challenges and fun runs held around the UK this weekend for the charity.

Cancer Research said most of the cash raised would be used to pay for research to help find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.

It said one in two people born after 1960 will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime.
