CREATE A ROUTINE
We all lead busy lives, so it can be hard to find the time to incorporate exercise. But if you make it part of your regular routine, it should soon become a habit.
“Commit to when and where you are going to exercise and write it in your diary,” says Dan.
“Even if you just get up half an hour earlier three times a week to walk the dog before work, it all counts – and if you book it in your diary, you are more likely to do it.”
