PLAYGROUND GYMS
If you take the kids to the local playground, there are loads of ways you can join in too. Pushing them on the swings burns calories and is a strength exercise, or use a park bench to do step-ups, tricep dips and push-ups.
Whizzing the kids on the roundabout is a great exercise, too. Some parks and playgrounds also have outdoor exercise equipment like cross trainers that you can use while watching the kids play.
