If your family hasn’t found its favourite activity yet, why not try something new every week? How about a family trip to the roller rink, or crazy golf? Have the kids ever had a go on a climbing wall or trampolining?
These all count as exercise and you can all learn new skills – and maybe find something you love doing.
Lots of gyms and leisure centres have classes on for kids like kick-boxing or dancing. Try to find one that runs at the same time as a class you might want to try, like yoga, circuit training or spinning.
