Setting story straight

Last week I revealed that

Noel Gallagher and Rita Ora

had blagged their way on to the disabled platform at Glastonbury.

Noel later made an unsavoury

joke about how he “would have”

tipped someone out of a

wheelchair to get to the viewing spot.

After a Scope spokesman labelled the comment “vile”, Rita spent the week trying to

distance herself from the story.

I don’t believe in cancel culture – and that’s not what the story was trying to do – but it has

proved to be an important talking and point

helped to raise awareness about people living with

disabilities Britain. in

Long may the discussion continue.

She’s known for her fast footwork but Strictly

champ Oti Mabuse is a dud at tennis.

Chatting in the Evian suite at Wimbledon, she tells me: “I have played a little but I’m not great. I’m not good at everything.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were also in attendance but Oti says: “I am here for the game, not the royals.”

Islander Josh

Denzel and Made In Chelsea’s Lucy

Watson were also

spotted in the crowd.
