IT’S CRAVEN MARKETING
IF you are not a season-ticket holder and fancy going to watch Fulham play Liverpool from the lower section of the Riverside stand on the opening weekend of the season, you will have to pay £100 for the privilege.
Take the kids and it’s £70 a pop for them.
At least you might be entertained … but probably not by Fulham.
They might well be a different proposition under Marco Silva (above), but the last time they were in the Premier League, they won TWO games at home, scoring a total of NINE goals at Craven Cottage. Of course, you have a choice.
But, as they keep telling us, football is nothing without fans.
What a shame that some clubs still price so many ordinary fans out of the ground.
