Diana Ross kept waking up DJ Mark
DJ and producer Mark Ronson has told how he would wake up at night as a child because his mum was downstairs partying with Diana Ross.
But he kept quiet about his celebrity lifestyle to avoid being bullied – and was jealous of his friends’ normal lives.
London-born Ronson, 46, moved to New York aged seven when his mum Ann Dexter wed Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones.
He told The Times: “It was surreal, with people like Robin Williams tucking me into bed.
“I tended to keep the more ridiculous stuff going on at home to myself.
“If I started saying, ‘My friend Sean Lennon and I had this sleepover at Michael Jackson’s house,’ I was going to get slapped.”
