Most embarrassing life moment?
During my end-of-year musical in fourth grade. I had my first couple of lines in front of a big audience and I peed myself on stage.
Most awkward celebrity encounter?
Trey Songz performed on my student campus and I wanted him to hear my music. I pretended to be with the vendors setting up staging, but when I tried to approach him they quickly realised and escorted me out. Three years later I co-wrote half the songs on his album.
Meaning of life?
I think the meaning of life is to make life easier for the people around you. Be joyful, selfless, caring – pass down knowledge to the next generation and pursue the things that put you in the best position to do it.

When sleeping I enter a lucid dream universe that builds on itself like an unfolding plot. I’ve been doing it for 20 years so I’m effectively living in two universes: this one and the dream one.
