Must have been taking the Michael
On a radio show I heard in Manchester this week was a quiz in which you had to guess the missing word to make the names of two singers. The first question was: “George BLANK Bolton.”
The presenter gave clues, such as “WHAM!” and “LAST CHRISTMAS”, until the caller said: “Is it George Michael and George Bolton?”
If it was Jimmy BLANK Richard he’d have said: “Is it Weston-super-Mare?”
