A BALLOON-bending kids’ entertainer cautioned for child porn has moved, changed the name of his act and is still touting for work.
Self- styled Balloonatic Kevin offers himself to kids’ birthday bashes with the slogan: “Spreading smiles one balloon at a time.”
But he is the same Kevin Hart who was cautioned for the possession of indecent images of children in 2008 after vile pictures of youngsters were found on his computer.
The then 57-year-old, who lived in Surrey and performed under the name Billy Wand, was also ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register.
He moved to Weymouth, Dorset, from where he still works.
A woman who once worked as his assistant when he toured as a magician wrote online: “The slimy, dirty b******. I feel sick looking at his face. I always thought he was strange.”
The website for his firm Funtime Balloons features pictures of balloon versions of kids’ favourite characters such as Princess Elsa from Frozen and Minions.
Other designs include SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles and Spider-Man. As Billy Wand he performed at high- profile events, including Blue Peter’s 40th birthday party in 1998.
The website for his current act tells parents: “With our stunning designs we add the wow factor to balloon entertainment, and pride ourselves on bringing you amazing quality balloon sculptures.
“We’d be delighted to being our balloons along to your child’s birthday as part of the supervised entertainment.
“As well as making our fantastic balloons for your guests, we include an awesome birthday balloon for the star of the party.”
The site does not mention Hart was cautioned after police traced a credit card used online to his thenhome at Leatherhead.
Hart did not respond to frequent requests for a comment.
