Foreigners are seized

POLICE have arrested 361 suspected foreign criminals in a national crackdown.

West Midlands Police said it detained 83 of them, including two Poles wanted for fraud in their homeland and a Czech implicated in a burglary back home.

They will be deported to face court in their lands.

As part of Operation Trivium, West Midlands officers worked alongside Romanian, Dutch and Lithuanian counterparts.

Some 500 vehicles were also seized nationwide.
