Flying Brits drink alarm

THREE i n four Brit holidaymakers hit the bar when they reach the airport departure lounge.

And 8am is seen as the earliest acceptable time for beer or wine, a study shows.

Just over a quarter of Brits say they have had “one too many” before getting on the plane. With the average tourist having three drinks at the airport and a two more on the plane.
