LIGHT FOR WIFE’S IT S A FA IR COP OFF
Sarah Jane, is originally from Lancashire, but has lived in Kent with PC Frost since they got married in August 2015.
She said all her family and friends knew about her profession and added: “Everyone, yeah, they’re all supportive. Honesty is the best policy.”
In an interview online in April 2015, Sarah Jane spoke candidly about her porn modelling. She said: “My mum and dad are really supportive – I wouldn’t do it if they weren’t. When I was first approached by a glamour photographer at 18 I said to my mum, ‘Is it OK if I do this?’”
“She said yes, as long as I was safe and happy. People have gone up to my dad and said, ‘Are you not disgusted with your daughter for what she does for a living?’ He says: ‘Well, you’re the one watching it. You’re the one paying her wages.’”
Asked if she has had any bad experiences, she said: “I had a stalker, and when I reported it, the policewoman asked what I did for a living.
Rival
“When I told her, she claimed I’d brought it on myself. She said, ‘You need to change your lifestyle.’ I made an official complaint and she was suspended.”
Sarah Jane added: “I did a gangbang that was raided by police. They said they’d been tipped off about sex trafficking but I think it was set up by a rival company.
“I think more sex-trafficked women would come forward if they weren’t afraid of the police response. I think we’d all be safer.” Sarah Jane is not a criminal. Prostitution is legal in England and Wales.
But soliciting in public, kerb crawling, pimping and owning or managing a brothel are illegal. A brothel is premises used by more than one person for prostitution. Tory MP Andrew Bridgen said of the Frosts: “I’m surprised by this. PC Frost, his wife and the Met may be comfortable with her work. But I’m not sure parents of the children he works with will be.
“His wife may not be committing a crime but through her work she is potentially coming into contact with people who are, which would cause a conflict of interest for him.”
But PC Frost, who has been in the Met for 15 years and works in Southwark, South London, told us: “The police have been involved in all this. “I’ve been working with the police since the beginning and spoken to the Directorate of Professional Standards. I was completely checked out. “They said it was OK because I’m not involved in her industry. “There’s no kickback between my private and professional life and no crossover between the two. This is what the police are saying. Sarah doesn’t do anything with me and the police and vice versa.” We put it to the Met that they knew PC Frost’s wife was a prostitute. A spokesman said: “The officer did the right thing a nd i nf o r med t he Metropolitan Police of his wife’s occupation.”
