Conte hails wingback’s attitude to be a title Victor

- By Tom Hopkinson

ANTONIO CONTE has hailed Victor Moses “a complete player” after the Chelsea star’s coming of age this season.

Moses, 26, looked destined to become another of football’s nearly men after joining the Blues from Wigan in a £9million move in 2012.

First he went to Liverpool on loan, then to Stoke and finally to tomorrow’s opponents West Ham last season.

It looked unlikely that he’d ever make the breakthrough at his parent club.

But then Conte arrived in the summer and he claims to have seen what Moses had to offer in just a few training sessions.

Since the September switch to the 3-4-3 formation, which has served the Stamford Bridge outfit so well this season, season Moses him in this new position position, then has been in the form of his life. no, not before.

“For sure, arriving here was not easy. It’s tough when you start a new season in a different situation.

“But I’m enjoying my time at Chelsea with my players.

“If you ask me if my family is missing me then, honestly, I have to say yes.

“It’s not easy to live and experience this while my family are still in Italy.”

But, putting Stamford Bridge fans’ minds at rest, he added: “Now I am having this great experience in England, in an amazing league.

“And I hope to live this experience with my family next season.”
