Bodyguard hit-run hell

A BODYGUARD to stars including Brad Pitt and George Clooney was left covered in blood after being hit by a driver who sped off.

Steve Meredith, 34, posted a picture of him sitting in the back of an ambulance with a bandaged head after the hit-and-run incident.

He wrote on Twitter: “So I’ve been involved in a hit and run. Stopped to see if the guy was okay as he was flashing me and beeping his horn after coming up behind me. Pulled over and he drove the car at me.”

Mr Meredith, who has also protected Tom Hanks and Jennifer Aniston, added: “No broken bones, only my body that is battered, bruised and a massive headache. Hopefully police find the scum.”

Cops are hunting the driver of a gold Renault.
