Evil Bellfield says fellow killer tried to bribe him to take rap for sick crimes

SERIAL MURDERER’S SHOCK CLAIM AGAINST

-

I am appealing and am NOT responsible for his crimes.”

Bellfield, 49, states that he has previously offered to take a DNA test to clear him of involvement in the Chillenden murders – while slating Stone for refusing a polygraph test.

He said, “Just take my DNA and eliminate me”, adding he would be asking the prison liaison officers to take his DNA, fingerprints, and hair samples to clear his name.

In another letter, he said the BBC documentaryy “cherry yp picked” content to give a “distorted view” that he may have been responsible.

In a rambling four-page response, he counters what he calls the show’s “erroneous views” with his “factual evidence” and insists that he had a cast-iron alibi.

Evidence

The show claimed Bellfield’s family had links to the Isle of Sheppey in Kent – but he said they did not buy a caravan there until 2003. The programme also included evidence of a beigeg Ford car seen by witnesses at the scene. At the time of the murders Bellfield’s thengirlfriend, Johanna Collings, had a car that matched the description.

However, Bellfield claims the car was stolen months before the Russells were killed and there was paperwork to prove this.

He also disputed claims he had refused to give a DNA sample and released a series of letters which state he signed a legally binding document, witnessed by prison officials, in F February 2016 agreeing for his fif fingerprints and DNA samples to b be released from the national database to Stone’s team to eliminate him from enquiries.

He also invited them to send an i independent forensic scientist to t the prison to take samples.

The killer also questions the use o of the DNA evidence from family m members that was used in the programme. He wrote: “Within your programme you also state members of my family came forward offering and giving their DNA. I and my real family can confirm none of them gave you their DNA.

“In our view, your team could only have taken DNA from some of my offspring, whom I have concerns over their paternity.

“Why did you not just send a proper forensic scientist to HMP Frankland to take my DNA, or write to me? You did not even contact me or give me a chance to provide a sample.

“In my view, you were happy with a part-DNA profile and then used three genes that are common in 1 in 30 of the population.”

Bellfield also stated he was with his ex Johanna on the day the Russells were killed - and they had a number of witnesses, as it was her birthday.

He said: “You interviewed Johanna
