Angelika claims Scary Spice turned her daughter from an innocent teenage language student into a promiscuous young woman taking part in sordid threesomes that were filmed.

But Leeds-born Mel’s lawyer says she is entitled to make “colourful” allegations about the nanny as part of her divorce battle against Belafonte, who is accused of years of domestic violence against the star.

For years Angelika thought Lorraine, now 26, was enjoying a secure and respectable life as a nanny to Mel’s three children.

But her world fell apart when the America’s Got Talent judge claimed in a Los Angeles court that her film producer husband coerced her into threesomes with him and other women during their ten-year marriage.

Mel claimed that Belafonte, 43, made Lorraine pregnant then used the singer’s money for an abortion.

Angelika said: “My husband and I are shocked and in total disbelief.

“Never in our wildest dreams would we have thought that Mel B is dragging our daughter into this lifestyle.

“I was shocked when I found out about everything from our daughter after all these claims were published. They portrayed Lorraine in such a bad way as if it was her fault that this marriage fell apart.

“We s t and behind Lorraine and support her no matter what but I wonder what was going on in Mel B’s head.

“Lorraine was 18 at the time and Mel was 35.

“Did she ever think about us? How would we feel about this?

“Her own daughter is 18 now. Would she want her to be in a position our daughter was in?”

Lorraine travelled to America on a student visa in 2009 after graduating from school in Germany with the hope of heading into acting. The blonde beauty met Mel at a restaurant and was quickly hired to look after her three kids.

Angelika said: “When she started working for Mel B and her family I thought she was in good hands. We spoke via Skype almost every day and also talked to Mel B a lot. “At the time she was very nice to us and praised my daughter daughter’ss work. She told us that Lorraine is such a great babysitter, takes care of her children very well and is a loving person. She could not have asked for a better nanny for her kids.

“During all these years in which Lorraine has worked for her, Mel B had nothing but positive things to say about her.”

Mel, who once introduced Lorraine as “my best friend” to her America’s Got Talent boss Simon Cowell, was so close to the nanny she even visited her family in G Germany.
