Love Island, tomorrow, NAN SEX BAN

- By Halina Watts SHOWBIZ EDITOR

THE daughter of Eastenders hardman Danny Dyer has been warned off having sex on Love Island... by her nan.

Actress and barmaid Dani Dyer, 21, was persuaded to appear on the ITV2 dating contest by her grandmother Carol Mas.

But Carol, 63, also warned her grand-daughter not to act like “a floozy” on the latest series of the show, which starts tomorrow.

She said: “I would be really disappointed in her, especially after having a pep chat with her before she went in.

“I said: ‘Think of all your actions and remember if you don’t have respect for your body nobody else will’. Men don’t respect girls who are floozies anyway.”

Single men and women are paired up on Love Island and the couples who find romance can win £50,000.

Carol has fond memories of the Balearic Islands where the show is filmed because she met her Spanish husband Tolo there.

Now she hopes Dani has fun on the show but ultimately meets a man who is “kind and respectful”. She said: “I just want Dani to end up with a family man – someone who is kind and respects her, but who most of all loves her for just being Dani.

“I don’t like flash boys who think they need to impress her. Them boys that lie to impress are the worst.”

Last week Dani claimed dad Danny had given her the green light to have sex on the show.

She said: “My dad has given his blessing to have sex. But I am not going to, though.”

However her mum, Jo Mas, 41, has warned she will go “ballistic” if Dani gets steamy on TV.

She said: “I will be smacking her a*** if she ends up behaving like a ho. I’ll be going ballistic big time. I will not be happy.”

“Danny would definitely not have told Dani she could have sex on TV. No way. He’s losing sleep with her not being at home.”

Jo and Danny, who plays Mick Carter in Eastenders, met at school in East London when they were 14.

When Dani arrived five years later, it was love at first sight for her parents.

Jo said: “She was my first child with Danny and I have always been obsessed with her. She was the light of my life, from the minute she was born.”
