BULLYING storm Strictly star Danny John-jules has been axed for the after-show tour.

Danny, 58, is being snubbed after he was booted off Strictly following claims he made partner Amy Dowden cry by shouting and swearing at her in rehearsals.

Already barred from the tour is comic Seann Walsh, 32, who was caught snogging married partner Katya Jones, 29.

Red Dwarf actor Danny has denied bullying

Amy, 27, saying there was a “vendetta” against him. Pals say Danny had a change of heart over the last week and wanted to join the nationwide arena tour, starting next month.

A source close to Danny said: “He felt that not going back would only have fuelled suggestions that he and Amy had real problems.”

But a TV insider said that Danny’s name was not on the list for the tour, which starts in Birmingham on Friday, January 18.

Celebrities announced for it so far are Dr Ranj Singh, Youtuber Joe Sugg and TV journalist Stacey Dooley. Four more are expected to be revealed shortly.

Danny was voted off Strictly three weeks ago after being in the dance-off for a second week running. The judges preferred to save Graeme Swann.

Danny said slurs against him were “personal” and came from people who seemed to want to see him fail. He added: “It seems to be turning into a vendetta.”

After their exit, he tweeted Amy to say: “I should have expressed my gratitude more often. You truly inspired me.”

Sources said Seann Walsh will also miss the tour because he didn’t “fit with the show’s family image”.

He was snapped kissing Katya after a boozy night on his girlfriend Rebecca Humphries’ birthday.

A Strictly spokesman said the show was not responsible for the UK tour’s celebrity line-up.
