She was walking h home from school as a 1 17-year-old just weeks af after he had abducted, rap raped and murdered Milly, then hid her body in the countryside.

She claimed a “horrible, sleazy” man attempted to lure her into a car in the summer of 2002.

He pulled into a lay-by as she walked along the A390 to Kingston upon Thames.

She said: “The driver was a horrible, dark haired sleazy guy who had the

windows down. As I pulled level he asked me how old I was and where I was going and said he would give me a lift. He was really intimidating and really pushy.”

She recalled she told the driver “no thanks” but was terrified as he kept insisting and drove alongside her.
