Every room has its own modern and stylish kitchen, with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and utensils – if the many and varied restaurants of East London don’t tempt you to eat out.

THE SERVICE

Staff are professional and friendly and exceptionally well-informed on the attractions of the local area, which include Westfield Shopping Centre just a short walk away, as well as the Olympic Park. Secure parking is a major plus. Air con and free wi-fi add to the list of essentials.

THE SCENE

Described as an aparthotel, the accommodation is effectively a cross between a flat and a hotel, located in an area of London that genuinely fits the description up and coming.

LOVED

A brilliant new concept that takes the experience of having a night or two in London to a new level.

HATED

The area immediately outside is perhaps best described as a little edgy, but that will appeal to younger visitors and it is continuing to improve.

BOTTOM LINE

Rooms from £89 a night, including a grab-and-go breakfast. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am but you can pay £10 extra if you want to arrive earlier or have a lie in.
