HER GIRL LOST MEMORY

-

I’m so sorry. The They died in the fire’. She started sobbing an and screaming, ‘No, no, no’. She was inc inconsolable.”

But the trauma shattered Michelle Michelle’s memory, so Sandra had hadtokeeprepeatingthehorrentok dou dous news.

S She said: “Her memory was gone and she was so con confused, she would ask wh where the children were an and I’d have to tell her all over again.

“She broke down in tea tears every time.

““Saying goodbye to Mi Michelle was the har hardest thing I ever had to do but I knew she needed to go.

“S “She died clutching a phot photo of her precious childr children. They are reunited now and I will see them all soon.

“I know they are all together in heaven. She is back in the arms of her children and I know she’ll be looking over us until we’re reunited again.

“Now I have to be strong for Michelle’s two surviving boys. I knew she died trusting that I would be there for them.”

Sandra says the family feel relieved her four grandchildren are laid to rest with their mum at St Mary’s Roman Catholic cemetery in Worsley.

She said: “Michelle’s coffin was white and we had four horses pulling four white carriages to symbolise the children she’d lost. It was impossible to hold back the tears as everyone was reminded how tragic it all was.”

Now Sandra, a retired cleaner, faces another battle – ensuring that hat Michelle’s Michelle s killers are charged with her murder. Bolland and Worrall rall were jailed for four murders ers and told to serve a mini- mum of 40 and 37 years respectively.

Bolland’s girlfriend Courtney Brierley, 21, got 21 years for manslaughter.

Yet Bolland and Worrall all were convicted only of Michelle’s attempted d murder, a charge Sandra wants to see upgraded to murder.

“I want them to rot behind bars for their entire lives,” said Sandra

“They are disgusting, cowardly bullies and their act has ruined our family and stolen the young lives of my grandkids and daughter. Every waking minute of Michelle’s 20-month fight was constant agony. We all thought she was lucky to have survived but I wouldn’t wish what she went through on my worst wor enemy.

“He “Her skin was red raw, her toes amputated, she fought co constant infections and her h life hung in the balance. Even the most violent gangsters don’t target children and women. The murderers d don’t deserve to see da daylight again.”

“Fi Fighting for this extra sentence on Michelle’s behalf is the least we can do. She was so brave.”

The Crown Prosecution Service said: “Following Michelle Pearson’s death we have had i ni t i a l contact with Greater Manchester Police and they are continuing inquiries.”
