RISHI Sunak sought to boost Tory coffers by offering the chance to win a signed copy of his Budget speech for a fiver.

The Chancellor joined a fundraising video call in which party members were told: “You can enter as many times as you’d like with entries £5 each.”

Labour’s Rupa Huq said: ”Instead of fuelling his own ego, our billionaire Chancellor needs to get a grip on the growing cost-of-living crisis.”
