LIAM MANNING suggested the margin of MK Dons’ victory at Crewe might have flattered his side.

Mo Eisa broke the deadlock – and missed a penalty – while the Dons also scored through Matt O’riley, Max Watters and a Donervon Daniels own goal.

MK Dons boss said: Manning: “I’m delighted as maybe we’ve not been at our best and still scored four goals.”

Chris Long had equalised for Crewe, but Alex manager David Artell said: “I’ve told the players a few home truths.”
