Sixteen hopefuls head to the Stadium MK in Milton Keynes over the next three days, trying to muscle and grunt their way into the grand final. Their challenges kick off with the 440kg super yoke carry, the dumbbell medley and the car deadlift hold. The top three progress to the semi-finals, while the remaining trio fight it out in the sudden-death final eliminator: the Atlas stones.
