Establishing the Bezos Earth Fund, the founder of Amazon told his 3.7 million Instagram followers he would distribute the money to scientists, activists and nongovernmental organisations to tackle the climate crisis. The Earth Fund aims to dish out $10 billion worth of grants over the next decade.
