Settle down on the sofa for a starstudded Red Nose Day that promises more laughs than ever. The TV spectacular includes new sketches from comedy duos such as French and Saunders, and Matt Lucas and David Walliams, plus a host of fun challenges.
David Tennant, Alesha Dixon, Paddy Mcguinness and Zoe Ball are teaming up with Comic Relief co-founder Sir Lenny Henry to host the jam-packed evening.
Paddy vows to get the audience “a lot more involved” this year, while Alesha admits she’s thrilled to be hosting with the Top Gear presenter, saying, “You know it’s a party when Paddy is around. He brings out the cheeky side of everyone.”
Zoe confesses that this is “the only time my kids ever want to come to work with me.”
And Lenny says he could probably turn up in “slacks and a sweater” as, 34 years after the first Red Nose Day, everyone knows exactly what the TV fundraiser is about.
