There’s a Mediterranean flavour to tonight’s show, as Kelly Holmes, Anne Hegerty, Dr Ranj Singh and Maura Higgins attempt to create the perfect Spanish dish and avoid the cook-off. Along the way, there is tapas panic, an unfortunate burning, a croquette drama and a paella wobble. Emma Willis and Tom Allen keep an eye on the contestants to see if they can finish their dishes before the time runs out.
