FBI MUST NOW QUIZ ANDREW..

Epstein victim’s plea after Maxwell is jailed

- By Patrick Hill patrick.hill@people.co.uk

PRINCE Andrew should agree to being quizzed by the FBI in the wake of the Ghislaine Maxwell case, says a victim of the royal’s pervert pal Jeffrey Epstein.

Juliette Bryant made the demand after sex trafficker Maxwell, 60, was jailed for supplying girls to Epstein.

Victim Juliette was dismayed to see the Duke of York avoid questions after agreeing a £12million out-of-court settlement with Virginia Giuffre – who claims she was trafficked by Epstein to have sex with Andrew.

The settlement was not an admission of guilt on Andrew’s part and he has always denied wrongdoing.

Juliette, 39, now wants Andrew, 62, to speak to federal agents who are probing Epstein’s wider offending.

Asked about him and other powerful men linked to the late US financier, she “They should be questioned by the FBI. I’m sure they must be frightened now.”

Of Maxwell, Juliette – who has waived her anonymity – added: “I’ll be sleeping a lot better knowing she is behind bars and can’t hurt other people. While this has been going on I’ve had night terrors and panic attacks. It’s been very hard. I feel so much anger. I don’t think she should ever get out. She’s too dangerous.”

Former model Juliette was one of seven women who submitted victim impact statements to a New York court before Maxwell was locked up for 20 years last Tuesday. The British socialite was jailed on five counts, including trafficking and recruiting girls as young as 14 for Epstein, 66, who killed himself in jail in 2019.

Juliette was 20 when she met the financier in her native South Africa in 2002 – after falsely being told he owned lingerie firm Victoria’s Secret.

He praised her modelling portfolio and arranged for her to be flown to New York, then Caribbean hideaway Little St James, dubbed Paedo Island.

The abuse began almost as soon as his private jet left the tarmac. Juliette said: “When the plane took off he started touching me between my legs hard. I completely freaked out. I didn’t have a phone or money or any way of contacting my family. I was consaid: vinced if I didn’t do what they wanted they would kill me. I realised I just had to go along with whatever he wanted.”

She met Maxwell later, at Epstein’s Florida home. Maxwell arranged flights for Juliette as the abuse, and trips to New Mexico and Paris, continued for two years.

Juliette said: “She was like a lieutenant, arranging things for him. She definitely knew what was going on. Ghislaine and Epstein talked about Prince Andrew and how he stayed with them in New York.”

After Juliette returned home to South Africa she was too ashamed and terrified to tell her family what had happened.

She was left haunted by the experience, adding: “I was like a dormant volcano for 20 years, then everything just erupted. It has been very traumatic and difficult.”
